The BBC has an excellent interactive website on the human brain here. You can explore the brain by both structure and function.

The brain map section is only one part of the BBC Human Mind and Body site, which is an excellent resource for learning more about us. For example, on this page you can take a number of Surveys and Psychology Tests. You can explore your memory, personality, and face perception. And over on the body section you can play the organs game or the skeleton game. And, for the truly ambitious, there is the nervous system game! It's a great educational resource.
